This is a 2004 factory Clubsport example delivered new to Italy and showing only 29,763 km from new. Still first paint. Never abused. Never repainted. Recently serviced with zero remarks. Condition is truly collector-grade, down to the smallest detail.
Only 16 Mk2 GT2 Clubsports were ever produced for the entire world. That’s 16 out of 91 Mk2 GT2s in total. Just 17 percent of production. And only two were built in black, making this car one of the most desirable specifications of them all. Back then, the Clubsport was a serious commitment and gave the owner no comforts. Most owners who ticked that box did it to go racing, and most of those cars show it today.
This one doesn’t. It’s one of, if not the cleanest, most original, and best-preserved Mk2 GT2 Clubsports we’ve ever come across.
Combined with the Clubsport specification, it becomes something unique, effectively the GT2 RS before the RS name existed for the GT2-model. The same hardcore recipe as the 996 GT3 RS, but with twin turbos.
