Ref. 84: Pegaso Z-102 Spider Montjuich / Spider Serra (SE M / SS 2C)
Finished in 1955 this Z-102 was originally bodied as an E.N.S.A. Montjuich Spider to run in the 1955 Montjuic. After that, the car ran in some other races in Spain in 1955 & 1956. In 1957 the car was bought by Pablo Gatell, who returned the car to the factory to get a plain windshield installed. The car was tested by King Juan Carlos I. The car participated in a few more races in 1957 when it was bought by Fernando Tassara Pla the same year. Tassara went to Pedro Serra and commissioned a Series II Spider body, painted in silver and upholstered in red. It's unclear when but the got abandoned after some years of ownership. It was until 1983 when Ramón Silgo spotted the car in a junkyard and bought it. He immediately contacted prominent Pegaso collector, Enrique Coma-Cros who decided to buy the car. Under his ownership, Coma-Cros decided to restore the car, painting it in red and reupholstering the interior in black leather. It was until 2003 when the car was acquired by its current owner, who took it to the 2004 Mille Miglia and several otger events at the time. Recently, the car was restored by Carrozzeria Mirage in Modena, being painted in its original Silver color and reupholstered to red leather.
