GTS stands for 'Glazing Test Special'
The Ogle Triplex GTS was a prototype based on a. Reliant Scimitar GT coupe, and converted into a Shooting Brake by Ogle. It was built to showcase the latest innovation of automotive glass technology, in collaboration with Triplex Glass Company, by featuring a large panoramic glass roof.
The shooting brake design was then paved the way for influence and inspiration towards the Reliant Scimitar GTE, which became the production version of the Ogle
