Gullwing numbers 3 and 4 were built simultaneously before numbers 1 and 2. All 4 were hand built. Car #'s 3 and 4 where the first shipment from the factory to the United States.
#4 was built in Silver (DB180), but the first owner requested a color change to Graphite Grey (DB190G) from the factory, due to time constraints the wheels and dashboard remained Silver (DB180)
According to the owner's father's journal, his wife (owner's mother) ran through a flock of turkey's - and as resulte he pulled the 7 turkey's out of the grill - the taxadermy turkey is an homage to the event.
Gullwing #4 was restored by Performance ASC of Chetek, WI, and was shown at Amelia (2nd in class), Pebble-Beach (3rd in class), and Audrain Newport Concours (2nd in class) during the first year after completion.
