At 1993 Brazilian Grand Prix, Michael Andretti starting from 7th, had a terrible start, probably not familiar with F1's standing start since he normally did rolling start in America. To avoid overtaking cars in the inside, Andretti turned sharply in turn 1 and took out Gerhard Berger's Ferrari. Both cars hit the barrier heavily and Andretti's car even took off.
