Winner of 1989 Belgian Grand Prix and 1989 Spanish Grand Prix.

During the 1989 Japanese Grand Prix, held on October 22nd 1989, Senna and Prost had their famous collision on lap 47. Prost retired but Senna decided to continue. He cutted the Casio Triangle and went to pits to change front wing and tyres. He overtook Nannini on lap 51 to win the race, but was later DSQ for not completing the race distance due the corner cut.
