Written off at 2008 Spanish Grand Prix.
Heikki Kovalainen was leading the race when his had a wheel failure, the car pinned into the tyre wall, and the front end of the monocoque was torn off. Kovalainen suffered from a minor concussion and some bruise. Although the marshals said he was conscious and gave a thumb up to show he was fine, Kovalainen himself didn't remember the whole accident.
