Information
The first all-new 6C 34 produced, this car was used by the Maserati factory team late in 1934. Tazio Nuvolari drove the car to victories in the minor Modena and Naples Grands Prix before giving up the unruly 6C 34. The car was then sold to Gino Rovere, who fielded the car for a variety of drivers under the Scuderia Subalpina banner. It was later sold on to South Africa and raced well into the 1950s. Today the ex-Nuvolari 6C 34 is part of a magnificent German Maserati collection and regularly in historic events.
