Information
Used by Juan Manuel Fangio as a daily driver during his stays in Italy. He left the car at the factory in 1966 and Maserati stored the car until further notice. In July 1979, Fangio writes that he authorizes two of his good friends to collect the car, instructing the two to restore the car, register it and authorize them to use it at their discretion. Maserati initially does not accept the request, but deliver the car two years later, in 1981, to one of Fangio's two friends who kept the car until 2019, when it was auctioned by Finarte.
