Maurício Gugelmin had a spectacular crash in the car at 1989 French GP. He locked up and took out Thierry Boutsen, Gerhard Berger, took off, rolled over and landed on Nigel Mansell, then slid upside down. Gugelmin was unharmed and took the restart in the spare car, even took the fastest lap.
