Information
Chassis 214 is proudly displayed at the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum in Leeds, Alabama, following an extensive 8 month restoration in 2019. This exact car was featured in a 1957 Road and Track magazine and displayed on the front cover, which Barber Museum founder, George Barber, purchased and fell in love with the Lotus marque with. The vehicle was driven in club races throughout the seventies by James Osawa, but when the vehicle no longer met SCCA specifications, it was sat until its purchase by George Barber from his son, Ken Osawa. The vehicle was repainted to match its 1957 Road and Track cover paintjob, and upon completion, the vehicle was once again covered by Road and Track with author Peter Egan.
