Lotus 19 Chassis 19-960 was initially owned by Robert Publicker who raced in the Sebring 12 Hours and SCCA Divisional series. A second owner (Tom Terrell) privately acquired the car shortly after. Doug Thiem of the USA appears to be the final owner.
Little is known about this chassis, and only one photo of it appears to exist online. The car's whereabouts / status following its racing career in 1963 is unknown.
