Information
The car used to belong to a entrepreneur in Genova, before it was seized by the Guardia di Finanza di Genova in operation 'Rien ne va plus, because he was wanted for tax evasion and owed more than £1 million, he had all his cars listed under the names of his partners relatives, some of the cars, this Murcielago SV, a Diablo SE30, a 360CS, a 512TR and 430 Scuderia were re-registered in Monaco to avoid tax and seizure. In total 17 cars were seized and then a deal between the Public Prosecutor's Office of Genoa and the Automobile Museum, meant all the cars now belong to the Museum. Before the seizure some other cars had been sent to be auctioned at the Classic & Sport Cars Auction in Monaco and the Bonhams Goodwood Festival of Speed sale, however the cars were recovered before they could be sold at auction.
