In 1999 the car was sold to Hubert Bergh and driven in the Swedish Touring Car Championship.
The following year the car was purchased by Anders Hammer and driven in the 2000 Swedish Touring Car Championship.
Hammer retained the car until 2002, when it was sold back to Prodrive and once rebuilt into Thompson's 1998 livery was added to Prodrive's own museum.
