Information
One-off barchetta-bodied Ghia 1500 GT 'Avenger'. The Ghia 1500 GT Coupe debuted at the 1962 Turin Motor Show as part of Ghia's effort in manufacturing entirely new models rather than just rebodying existing cars from other manufacturers. The mechanical components are all sourced from Fiat but the chassis was conceived by Gilberto Colombo and manufactured by Gilco. It was originally bought from the French importer France Motors as likely an one-off commission by a wealthy customer.
