Information
Powered by a modified SVT Lightning 5.4L V-8 Engine producing around 400HP and 460lb-ft
Capable of a 12s 1/4th Mile time.
The 'Bolt borrows many parts from its bigger sibling the Lightning while weighting around 1200lbs less. (Total: 3,800lbs / 1,723 kg)
the ‘Bolt has 5-spoke aluminum wheels but they were widened to 12-inches in the rear to seat the massive 345/35ZR18s Michelin tires and narrowed to 8-inches up front to handle 235/40ZR18s. Brakes, the driveshaft, power steering pump, and transmission, lower control arms, & steering knuckles were borrowed from the Lightning. Custom 2-Foot Headers and a special relocated air inlet were made to fit the smaller engine bay.
