Production racing coupe built up from a MK III tub.
Last production GT40 chassis number, but it was unnumbered when the production ceased.
It has been bought by John Willment - the co owner of JWA and he gave it the last number in line.
The car has been completed in the late 1970s as a look alike chassis P/1075 - the double winner of Le Mans.
