Information
Allegedly the highest mileage F40 in existence, originally delivered in the UK. The car was bought in the late 1990s by a British businessman for about 200,000 pounds. It attended Gumball 3000 in 1999. The owner moved to Bulgaria at the beginning of the new millenium. He lived there for about 10 years and brought all his cars with him, including the F40. The Ferrari has been driven all over Europe throughout the years, having been to Luxembourg, France, Germany, Serbia, Switzerland, etc. The F40 attended Gumball 3000 in 2006. It did 3000 miles in the span of a week, driving from Great Britain, through Austria, Hungary, and Serbia. It then took a plane to Thailand and another one from Thailand to the USA. At last, it travelled cross-state from Utah to Los Angeles. The F40 made it successfully to the finish line and was later shipped back to Bulgaria. The Ferrari also took part in the Carbon Black rally in 2007. It was damaged, due to the car going off the road, but it got fixed. In 2008, it was taken to the Nürburgring. In 2010, the owner moved back to the UK and the F40 was shipped there. It attended Mille Miglia the same year. Two years later, it was sold. The F40 has been in the hands of a few owners in the years since ans has mainly been displayed at supercar events.
