Information
At 1987 Monaco Grand Prix, Christian Danner's Zakspeed collided with Michele Alboreto's Ferrari, the Ferrari was thrown into the wall and burst into flames. Alboreto was unharmed but his car was destroyed. The stewards banned Danner from the race for dangerous driving, making him the first in F1 history. However, many in the paddock, including the victim Alboreto himself, disagreed with this decision, they thought Danner shouldn't be blamed with such a severe penalty.
