Damaged whilst competing at Goodwood Motor Circuit in 1954.
Acquired by Jaguar Works for performance evaluation against their D-Type, during evaluation they also managed to repair damage from track incident before eventually selling it to Formula 1 World Champion, Jack Brabham.
Repainted light blue in the late 1950's.
Restored circa mid 80's in Melbourne, Australia (refinished Rosso over Giallo)
