Information
275 GTB Competizione Speciale S.E.F.A.C
The suspension and engine were tuned in April 1966 at the garage of Lorenzo Bandini in Milano.
The front and rear body was damaged after a collision with 06785 in April 1966. The car was subsequently sent back to the factory for repairs. Vents were added to rear wings and larger front parking lights were installed.
The car had 13,700 km in January 1967. The engine was modified for street use.
The car was disassembled with the intention of preparing it for the 12 Hours of Daytona. The project was abandoned when the car didn’t meet manufacturing year cut-off.
When the car was sold at auction in 2004, it was dismantled, stripped to bare alloy, and the body was damaged.
