1 of 2 original 250 TR59 remainingThe second 250 TR59. Driven by the works team and after the 1959 1000 KM of Nürburgring was sold to United States where it was raced by Phil Hill, winning at Riverside and Nassau in 1959.
At the beginning of 1960 it was acquired by Jack Nethercutt. In 1961 the car sold again and it was driven in SCCA races by Jerry Grant. Later owned by Pete Lovely - during the 1970s, he restored the car and prepared it for historic racing. Campaigned predominantly during the Monterey Historic Races at Laguna Seca. In 1997 he sold the car to the current owner. In 2009 the car was reunited with the other surviving examples of TR59 for the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.
