Originally TR59, upgraded to TR59/60 (1 of 3).Fifth and final 250 TR59 - it debuted in that year's 24 Hours of Le Mans where it failed to finish, over the winter, it was third TR59 updated to TR59/60 specification. In 1960 driven by Olivier Gendebien and Paul Frere won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1960. Later sold to the United States - briefly raced by Phil Hill. The car's V12 was used to power a Lotus 19, the engine was re-united with the car in the 1980s.
Owned by Ferrari collector Paul Pappalardo and restored to Le Mans winning specification. Throughout the 1990s regularly showed and campaigned.
In 2004 acquired by its current owner and entered it in the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance in 2004. Brought back to five years later where it was joined by the other three surviving 250 TR59s.
