Extensively modified by M.G. Crepaldi Automobili S.a.S. for Luigi Chinetti in 1974, featuring:
- Replacement of the original engine with an outside-plug Tipo 128F unit
- Removal of the front bumperettes and rear bumpers
- New elongated rear bumpers extending into the fenders
- Replacement of the dashboard with five central gauges and a leather finish
- Modified door panels
