Information
Car was a subject to a lengthy court case in which Sandro Terzini (of Terzini Motore) was the caretaker of this vehicle during Michael Kudelka’s ownership, and was sold to Dutton Garage in 2013 without Kudelka’s prior knowledge as he was living in Greece at the time.
Terzini approached Dutton Garage, claiming he was acting on behalf of Mr Kudelka, and managed to negotiate a deal to sell the vehicle to them for $465,000 AUD (plus a $10,000 AUD commission)
It passed through a different *owner* in between, but was eventually returned to Kudelka’s possession in 2016 post court case in which it was determined Terzini was found guilty.
