Originally a works car used in the 1958, '59 and '60 seasons
Fitted with a 3.0-litre Testa Rossa V12 engine by the factory and sold to New Zealand racer Pat Hoare, who raced it to championship success in the Tasman Series.
Fitted with a closed coupé body by G.W. McWhinnie Ltd. after it proved a tough sell
Restored to original specification by Crosthwaite & Gardner c. 1980, using the original body
Involved in Nigel Corner's awful crash at the 2000 Goodwood Revival, resulting in a broken shoulder and cracked ribs
