It is rumored to be the reconstruction of Ferrari 125S 02C, the second Ferrari vehicle ever built. With lots of evidence to suggest this is true, the full story has been lost to time, leading Ferrari to build a replica of 02C instead of restoring this vehicle to 125S spec.
Used to feature full width Allemano body like 01C but with air inlet on the bonnet from 1948 to 1949.
Rebodied by touring as a berlinetta in 1949.
Had two slots on the bonnet in 1950.
