Information
Sole Australian delivered Dino 246 GT finished in Verde Germoglio.
Restored over 2018 - 2024 by Concours Sportscar Restoration, Tuggerah, NSW, Australia.
Early into the second ownership, the car suffered a minor fire.
As the owner had driven the car circa. 15,000 mi during his early ownership, he had decided to undertake a full nut and bolt restoration, to this, his family, and Gavin King of Concours Sportscar Restoration have noted of his meticulous storage and organisation of all parts as with the car.
The car was dismantled at only 9 years old, and circa 19,000 mi, to which it sat until it's formal restoration over 2018 - 2024 with Concours Sportscar (due to the 40 + year timeline for rebuilding the car, the owner had passed the age in which he was capable to continue rebuilding)
The car's restoration was completed in early 2024, where it was displayed at various Australian Concours & motoring events for the 2024 year, before being sold and collected by it's new owner in late November 2024.
It is believed controversial politician and businessman, Clive Palmer had shown interest in purchasing the car, as he owns a Verde Germoglio Ferrari SF90 Stradale 'Ispirazioni' inspired by this indeed specification.
