Information
Dallara's first car in F1, but it was actually not an F1 car, 3087 was an F3000 car. Dallara didn't get their first F1 car F188 ready at the first race of 1988 season at Rio de Janeiro, so FIA approved them to use this F3000 chassis in an F1 race, Alex Caffi failed to qualify with a lap time 18 seconds slower than the pole position lap time. Dallara's F1 car F188 was ready at the second race at Imola, making 3087 the last ever non-F1 car to compete in F1 World Championship.
