Bugatti Type 22
Found in 2009 after 73 years at the bottom of a lake in Italy.
The car was lost in a drunken poker game, and the owner tried to flee to Switzerland with it, but he could not get the money through customs, so the swiss customs threw it in The Lago Maggiore on a chain 30 feet down, the chain snapped and it fell to 150 feet deep. People knew the car was there but didn't know where in the lake it was. Finally, in 2009 the car was brought to the surface.
