1979:bodywork restoration by BMW Concessionaires UK Limited.
From 1984 onwards: spasmodic use
2003: stored
2010 through 2013: taken from storage in September 2010 and subjected to full nut-and-bolt restoration including acid bath strip but original chrome work throughout. Restoration completed March 2013
Service: 40 years of documented history and full original service records including wallet and step-by-step documented photographs of disassembly and re-build. This car has been looked after all its life by the same individual BMW engineer.
Modifications
Discrete SATNAV fitted behind sliding standard speaker grill (no radio, no aerial, no holes) Jaymic front inner wing protectors.
Standard headlight conversion.
'Patent' fiberglass under tray.
