Painted deep metallic red under Jim Goldfinch's ownership
competed in some 80 events over the period 1956-60 with results at almost every outing. It had been the most successful of the five 100S examples imported in Australia

John Hyland added Austin Healey windscreen frame with a custom-made hardtop and side screens
Believed that Dennis Lavell sold the car through Campbell Scott, a sports car dealer on Parramatta Road. It may have been during the transition that it was painted from green to red
