This car was stolen from an airport hangar at the Boca Raton Airport in 1997. The theft took place sometime between 4pm on Wednesday, June 18th and 7am on Thursday, June 19th. Insurers Grundy and Chubb paid out a combined $3.2m. 25 years later, in 2022, Art Recovery International announced that they had found the car, reported to be in a 'private setting' somewhere in the Middle East.
