Information
Restored mechanically by the Aston Martin expert Pierre Lamy.
he metallic sage-green body had been restored and the new beige leather upholstery is absolutely superb. The Britax aviation-type seatbelts give the interior a very sporty British accent. Wool carpets with leather piping are new. The engine had been rebuilt with new bearings and fully balanced cranshaft, GT type valves and camshafts and Cosworth forged pistons giving a 9.5:1 compression ratio. The doors have electric power windows. On the magnificent dashboard an electric switch for the engine bay fire-extinguisher had been added. A removable safety roll bar finished in the body color will be delivered with the car. Suspensions had been uprated. A competition type anti-roll bar had been fitted at the front along with firmer front and rear springs. The transmission had been rebuilt. Special equipment comprises an engine fire extinguisher and extra engine stabilizers.
