Enrique Bernoldi crashed this car at 2002 Brazil Grand Prix Sunday morning warm up before the race. The car caught fire and the medical car stopped by to check him. The door of the medical car was open and Nick Heidfeld who was approaching fast, lost control and hit the door. This was a very rare accident in F1 where race cars hit safety car/medical car.
