Information
Had a big crash with Derek Warwick during 1987 Canadian GP qualifying. The circuit was revised that year and multiple drivers reported the last chicane, what we know as Wall of Champions today, was pretty tricky. Warwick was effected by the dust threw onto the track by other cars, his A10B lost control, hit the curb and was sent airborne, floated across the first corner, landed and bounced up, flew over the second corner and hit the wall. Despite his body hurt badly, Warwick took the race, chased all the way from 16th to 7th, unfortunately only one place from points.
in the next GP at Detroit, this chassis crashed again and was written off. Later repaired.
