Information
This ARX-02a, was campaigned in the 2009 American Le Mans Series by late Indy 500 winner Gil de Ferran, Simon Pagenaud and Scott Dixon.
Only 3 chassis were ever built and they were extremely successful cars, winning 9 races, this one winning 6 of them.
The car, as pictured here, wears the ghost-like livery from its last ever race at Laguna Seca in 2009, which it won.
The ghost livery and the number 66 are a tribute to Jim Hall and Chaparral's entire racing history. They always raced white cars and the number 66.
