The former collection of Sydney based motorsports team - Scuderia Veloce Racing, led by Australian motorsports figure David McKay.

The team had much success actively campaigning on the Australian motorsport scene, in particular with their Aston Martins & Ferraris of the period, one of which being a 250 LM which now currently resides within Ralph Lauren's personal collection.

Owner

David McKay, was a former journalist & Australian motorsport's driver.

In the 1960's, along with his chief mechanic Bob Atkin, McKay former the racing team "Scuderia Veloce Racing", to be based from Sydney's North Shore.

The team saw many wins across the motorsport calendar, most notably with Spencer Martin campaigning the team's regular Ferrari 250 LM (the only one in Australia at the time)

From his success on the motorsport scene, McKay went on to form "Scuderia Veloce Motors", an automotive dealership group based on Sydney's lower North Shore, specialising in Volvo, Porsche & Ferrari.
