Palmer Motorama is the personal collection of controversial Australian businessman and former politician, Clive Palmer.
Previously based at his Coolum resort on the Sunshine Coast, Palmer Motorama is currently closed to the public, with plans to open a new museum in place.
Bio
Clive Palmer is a controversial Australian figure, a business owner largely in minerals, coal, iron ore and nickel, as well as various other investments.
Palmer’s controversial nature, outside of business, stems from his leadership (and formation) of the Palmer United Australia political party, and later 'Trumpet of Patriots' party that aligns with the fringe right of politics, and whilst Palmer managed to run as a member of the Australian Federal parliament successfully, the party failed to maintain relevance in a post-covid era Australia.
Palmer still currently sits as the chairman of PUAP, his various mineralogy interests and Sunshine Coast resort.
