Harry Chua is the founder of Hersing Corporation and the man who brought the ERA real estate franchise to Singapore in 1982. Under his leadership, ERA grew from a small team into one of Singapore’s largest and most influential property agencies, helping to professionalise the industry with structured training and franchise systems. Hersing expanded the brand regionally across Asia-Pacific before Harry Chua eventually sold ERA’s Singapore and regional franchise rights in 2013 for over S$100 million. He is widely recognised for shaping the modern real-estate landscape in Singapore.
