Duemila Ruote/Treviso Collection
The former collection of Luigi Compiano that was seized by Italian authorities in 2013 and subsequently auctioned by RM Sotheby's in the 2016 Duemila Ruote (2000 wheels) sale.
Held in the Fiera Milano from 25-27 November and coinciding with the Milano AutoClassica Classic & Sports Car Show, the 817 lot collection comprising of 423 cars, 155 motorcycles, 55 boats, bicycles & other automobilia sold for a total of €51,263,270
Previously residing in Treviso, the collection was stored in 11 warehouses and required 100 transporters to be moved to the Milan auction venue.
