Collezione Comerio
Busto Arsizio, Lombardy, Italy
About
This collection from Busto Arizio belonged to the entrepreneur Enrico Comerio, who alongside his brother was behind the family business, Rodolfo Comerio. The business is a leader within Italy for producing machines for plastics and rubber, it was founded in 1878 by its namesake, Rodolfo Comerio. Enrico and his brother took over in 1983. In 2025 the collection was completely sold off to an investor and in January 2026 four of the cars from the collection were sold at RM Sotheby's Paris auction. The collection contained some of the most significant cars from Ferrari’s history, both on and off the road. Sadly Enrico passed away in February 2025 shortly after retiring, which led to the cars being sold off. The Enzo was particularly interesting as it was sold with delivery mileage having never been driven by its owner, the F50 had seen some road use but very little considering its age. The other cars from the collection will likely cross the auction block soon although the F40 has been sold privately.
